[ For Solution Providers ]

Your expertise is proven. The commercial model is not.

You have spent years developing something that genuinely works. A methodology. A process. A solution to a problem most people have not noticed yet. The commercial layer is the missing piece.

You are not a business person. You do not need to be. But right now you are doing extraordinary work that is generating very little commercial return — and the people who should be funding it, partnering with it, or paying for it do not know it exists in a language they understand.

That is the gap I close.

[ The Engagement ]

The Commercialisation Project.

I work alongside you as a commercial co-founder for four to six months. I do not advise you on how to commercialise your work. I build it with you. The engagement does not end at documentation — it ends when you have an active pipeline of potential partners and funders and a 90-day execution roadmap you can follow independently.

What the engagement produces
Phase 1 — Weeks 1–3Discovery & DiagnosisDeep audit of your expertise, IP, and commercial potential. Competitive landscape. Identification of the 2–3 most viable revenue models. We start here because most experts have more commercial potential than they realise — and in the wrong places.
Phase 2 — Weeks 4–8Commercial BlueprintFull business model design: entity structure, revenue architecture, pricing, brand partnership strategy, grant alignment, go-to-market sequencing. The complete commercial picture — investor and partner ready.
Phase 3 — Weeks 6–9Narrative & PositioningInvestor and partner pitch narrative, one-page positioning document, website copy brief. The story that makes the right people pay attention — in language they understand and respond to.
Phase 4 — Weeks 8–14Partner Identification & OutreachI identify 5–10 potential brand partners or funders, build the outreach list, write the initial approach, and support the first conversations. This is the activation piece — not just strategy. I do the first round of outreach with you, not for you.
Phase 5 — Weeks 12–18First TractionThe engagement does not end at documentation. It ends when you have had at least 2–3 substantive conversations with potential partners or funders and have a clear pipeline to follow up. Real conversations, not just a list of names.
Phase 6 — Weeks 18–20HandoverFull documentation package, CRM setup (basic), and a 90-day execution roadmap you can follow independently. You leave with everything you need to keep moving without me.

You have deep domain expertise and a validated methodology
You have existing funding, institutional backing, or personal capital
You have been doing the work for 2+ years with little commercial return
You need a partner who builds the commercial layer — not a coach who teaches you how
You are ready to move from project to business
This is not right for you if
You are an early-stage impact founder — that is a different engagement
You do not yet have validated expertise or a working methodology
You cannot commit to the engagement financially

[ In Practice ]

Healing Earth — from seeding technique to commercial blueprint.

James Godfrey-Faussett is a world-class dryland restoration expert with 25 years of experience and a proven methodology for restoring degraded land without irrigation. He had everything except a commercial model.

Working together, we built the full commercial layer from scratch: a for-profit UK Ltd structure, a brand partnership model anchored by mission-aligned companies funding restoration in exchange for authentic ESG media assets, a crowdfunding and storytelling strategy, grant alignment with UK innovation funding criteria, and a complete investor and partner-ready blueprint.

The brand partnership model was the standout idea — it reframed the project from a restoration charity into a regenerative brand alignment platform. Mission-aligned companies (Neal's Yard Remedies was the model partner) co-create campaigns, get authentic impact media, and fund the restoration work in exchange. A genuinely novel commercial model built on top of a proven ecological methodology.

Starting pointA proven land restoration methodology. No commercial model, no revenue, no structure.
Primary revenue modelBrand partnerships — mission-aligned companies fund restoration in exchange for authentic ESG storytelling and media assets.
Secondary streamsIP licensing, artisan honey, ecotourism, innovation grants.
Positioned to raise£25k+ crowdfunding, six-figure innovation grants, brand partnerships worth £50k+/year.
