Most founders get the clarity and then go home and do nothing with it — not because they are lazy, but because the gap between understanding your model and operating differently is enormous, and they have to cross it alone.

I have been building impact businesses for 15 years.

I started as an eco-tourism entrepreneur in Africa, built a snow and surf business from scratch, became a certified B Corp consultant, and completed Harvard's Sustainable Business Strategy programme. I have worked with impact founders across Europe, Africa, and North America — from early-stage missions to funded, scaling businesses.
